FHI is a family owned and operated business here in Southern California. We operate throughout the high and low desert, and the Inland Empire.
We’re your neighbors and we have experience buying and selling homes as well as building and remodeling them. We understand the bones of your home, how the major systems work and what to look for. We use the latest technologies to deliver a report about your possible investment that is clear and concise, backed up by facts and experience.

Bryan has been on construction sites since he was a teenager, growing up working with his dad, John in the remodeling and renovation industry. Bryan’s first job after high school was as a laborer for a construction firm, working his way up from that position to being a team leader, and operations manager. He has worked as a project manager building new homes, as well as an electrician, a framer, cabinet maker and installer, and has knowledge of every trade involved in home construction and renovation.
John F. Freund
Owner
John is a US Army combat veteran, and a career tradesman. He has worked in the construction and remodeling industry since he was 16, starting with framing houses in the ‘80’s. He worked for several different engineering firms repairing foundations and surveying large and small land plots and properties. John then started a remodeling company which he ran successfully for years. John retired from remodeling and construction to work as a furniture and cabinet maker. He’s worked in or directly with every trade that helped build your house.
